Often, they’re scaling through ads and campaigns, have outgrown their existing website, and have already invested in professional brand assets like branding, photography and website copy, or are ready to.
While I primarily work with established eCom brands, I also love helping newer brands launch with the right foundations in place from day one. Lifestyle, gift and homewares will always be my happy place, but I’ve worked across everything from florists and personal care to women’s fashion, supplements, food, snack brands and more.

I specialise in website design, structure and strategy, so I work with your existing visual identity, including your logo, fonts, colours and other brand assets, and bring it all together online.
If you need the brand identity created or refreshed first, I know some brilliant brand designers I’d be happy to recommend. I’m also very happy to collaborate with your existing designer or internal creative team.

You work directly with me, start to finish, I don’t handball your project off to a junior while I sip cocktails by the pool, or hand it off to anyone external from One Circle.
Because I specialise in Shopify, I know the platform inside out. So instead of working with a generalist web designer or an agency that “does it all” but may also do a little offshore outsourcing, you’ll get an in-depth one-to-one experience with a Shopify website designer who understands what your Shopify site needs to do beyond looking good.

Full builds start from $8,000 AUD and will be quoted to your scope.
New builds and rebuilds sit at the same investment level, though the type of support changes depending on what’s needed.
New builds tend to need more guidance around setup and handover, while rebuilds focus on reviewing and analysing existing data, identifying opportunities, and improving functionality, product setup, and site flow, along with updating brand assets, design, and copy where needed.
You’ll receive a proposal and quote before we begin, so you’ll know exactly what’s included from the start.

Most builds run over four weeks, not counting prep time. You'll be provided with a timeline upfront, so you always know what's happening and when.

Your brand assets (imagery, guidelines and copy), product info, and a completed questionnaire are enough to kick things off.
As I plan out your project, I’ll let you know if anything else is needed along the way.

Your website is designed so you and your team can handle any day-to-day updates and maintenance, with a handover walkthrough to make sure of it.
I'm on call for bigger functionality needs, or when you've scaled enough to level the whole thing up again.
TECHNICAL-
Managing your store day to day should feel easy, so your build comes with a handover walkthrough that leaves you (or your team) feeling confident to make changes on your own.

Every build starts from a premium Shopify theme, then I layer custom code on top to create the end product. You own the theme licence through your own store, so it's your asset for life.

That decision usually sits with me, as I have strict criteria on what themes do and don’t make the cut, with your sign-off of course. I play matchmaker and pair your brand with the right theme based on your brand style, functionality requirements, and your customers’ shopping habits. Some themes win on functionality, others on mobile responsiveness and built-in design flexibility.
If you’ve got your heart set on a particular theme, I absolutely want to hear about it and we can discuss whether it’s the right fit.

Wherever possible, I maximise Shopify’s built-in functionality and strategically remove any unnecessary apps that Shopify can already replace. Shopify adds new functionality all the time, so something you once needed an app for, like announcement bars or upsells, may now be supported by Shopify or by themes directly. We’ll assess what’s working, what’s not, and if there’s a smarter tool for the job, I’ll help you find it.
